How Velvet Angels Was Born

The Name

A Night on the Sunset Strip

Dinner at Velvet Margarita, surrounded by rock royalty and members of Velvet Revolver. Tequila, music, and the kind of electric energy you don't forget. That night left Jeff with more than a memory — it left him with a name.

The Meaning

"My Mom Was My Angel on My Shoulder"

Weeks later, Jeff's mother passed away unexpectedly. In the fog of loss, the name took on its true meaning. Velvet Angels stopped being a concept and became a tribute.
